“Be honest with your kids. Sometimes I\u2019m going to miss some things, but it\u2019s not because I don\u2019t care about what you are doing it\u2019s because my job (as flexible as it is) is important and holds requirements. Jobs are not optional. They too will experience that one day. We can\u2019t honestly \u201cflexibility\u201d all the time.  My tip is to communicate, communicate communicate and make sure your kids comprehend as much as they possibly can.”<\/strong> – Sara Burks, Director of Education<\/p>\n\n\n\n
